The Office is Dead. Now What?

Home: Welcome

The business of tomorrow is constantly being redefined by not only technology but also by radical acceptance of what we know about how humans work best with other humans and other non-humans. Two, seemingly opposing trends emerge in organizing work – fragmentation and co-creation.

Fragmentation

More impact is being made and more value is being created by self-employed entrepreneurs, independent professionals, consultants, coders, lawyers, designers, psychologists and coaches, engineers, architects, even doctors and health professionals.

Co-creation

Co-operation and teamwork badly need to be raised to a whole new, a much higher, a more productive, much happier and much more satisfying level, something I call co-creation. Much of this co-creation will happen outside of the traditional corporate structure.

Home: About Me

I am one of those self-employed professional, who, having worked for 15 years in large, global organizations understand the value of having a trusted and thoughtful assistant, to help co-creation in a fragmented brave new world, even if you are a freelancer without the powerful support of a large organization.

I believe in creation, emotion, and technology. I am passionate about everything I do and aim to support those who build our future: innovators, changemakers, and entrepreneurs.

Drop me a mail.
